Our Final Night in Berlin…Well Sort Of

What a perfect ending to our last day in Berlin. In this whole trip I have to say that I made new friends and I have been honored to be able to learn a new culture and see a new diverse city that is constantly still growing. I’m going to truly miss Berlin and everything that it had in store for us.

Concentration Camps

One of the most saddest and eerie feelings I’ve gotten during my whole trip was visiting a concentration camp. When we took the two hour journey by train to sachsenhausen we a didn’t know what to expect. It was an open field with examples of how the Jews lived in not only exhale but as work slaves. A very sad scene to say.

Finally a Doner Kebap

After so much that has been talked about the infamous doner Kebap I finally had the please of trying one. To much of my speculation it just turned out to be an ultra good and yummy gyro. Nonetheless I still recommend this cool filling sandwich to anyone who comes out here to Berlin. Who knows maybe it can be the hangover remedy that you need, and all for 5 euros. image
